CIS International LLC is a Puerto Rico based company with more than 14 years providing specialized in Consulting, Outsourcing, Research and Development, and Training that support customer needs in industries like Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Medical Devices, Food and Beverage, Manufacturing, and others in Puerto Rico, USA, LATAM and international experience in India. Our services are compiled in the main following areas: Engineering, Laboratory and Process Development, Quality and Regulatory, Project Management, Information Technologies, Automation, Environmental Health and Safety (EHS), among others.

Our professionals have diverse experience working with projects involving capital projects, facilities management, validation, equipment / utilities qualification, risk management, EHS programs, documentation compliance, technical training, auditing, and Quality / Regulatory remediation activities. We are also talent developers and an internship center. Our facilities, located in San Lorenzo, P.R. also provides capabilities for co-working spaces, product and process development, prototype testing with a machine shop, and contract manufacturing for start-ups, reprocessing or assembly

Our Founder and President

Dr. Carlos Conde

Dr. Conde holds a Bachelor’s degree in chemistry with a minor in mathematics and a Ph.D. in physical-chemistry from the University of Puerto Rico-USA.

With over 25 years of experience in the scientific and pharmaceutical fields, Dr. Conde has set an innovative business model to serve our world´s emerging needs. He is a worldwide leader in the application and implementation of Quality by Design (QbD) and Process Analytical Technologies (PAT) concepts in the manufacturing environment to achieve Real Time Release Testing.

In 2010, he started Conde InduServices Corp., our central company, to capitalize and to offer the expertise of his organization in health-related industries and technology development areas. We are currently providing services to many industries at local and international level under CIS International LLC.
